Hot Rolling Mill Supervisor
Duferco Danish Steel is looking for a Hot Rolling Mill Supervisor.
Role Description
The Hot Rolling Mill Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of hot rolling mill and ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards are met. The role involves overseeing a team of operators, collaborating with the various departments, and reporting to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Metallurgy, Mechanics, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hot rolling mill production (light to medium section mill), with demonstrated experience in supervising operations, ensuring product quality, and meeting production targets.
Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills, and ability to provide clear direction and feedback to team members and management.
Industrial Operator - Industrioperatør
Duferco Danish Steel is looking for a industrial operator.
Responsibilities
Operational control of the production line pulpit.
Assistance to the group leader during the profile changes on the line.
Guiding equipment inventory check.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Danish. Knowledge of English language is an advantage.
Basic to Intermediate computer user skills.
Math knowledge is an advantage.
Training for the position will be provided by the company.
